Home Sales Inventory Increases -- October 2009

There were 42 homes for sale in Larchmont and Edgewater on October 27 -- a nine-month inventory. This is more than in the last quarter when there was only a five-month inventory of homes for sale in the neighborhood. 

From July 27 to October 27, 14 detached homes sold in the neighborhood. The following are homes that sold or whose sales were pending on October 27.

Sales of detached homes have increased this summer in Larchmont and Edgewater. As of July 27, 2009 there were 45 homes listed for sale in the neighborhood. There were 12 pending transactions nearing completion. In the past 90 days 15 homes sold to new owners.
